What is the Hornbill Festival

The Hornbill Festival was launched by the Nagaland government in 2000 as a way to bring together the 17 major tribes of Nagaland (Angami, Ao, Chakhesang, Chang, Konyak, Lotha, Sumi, and 10 others) in a single showcase.
